Summary

Introduced with the Work Health and Safety Bill 2011, the bill: repeals the

Occupational Health and Safety Act 1991
; makes arrangements for transition to the new occupational health and safety laws; and amends the
Safety, Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 1988
and
Social Security Act 1991
to make consequential amendments.
